Hello Everyone, today I will be talking about events that will take place in Hokuei town, Japan. People who follow my page probably know that I am a Detective Conan fan and this town is really important for me, it’s like my personal Disneyland because it’s the hometown of the author of Detective Conan.
And
since half of the events I am going to talk about is about Detective Conan!
Well, this post is must be written by me.
* 33rd Hokuei Suika-Nagaimo Marathon

You can apply this marathon and in the end,
you can eat Hokuei’s famous Daiei Watermelon as much as you like. ( In the end “suika” means
watermelon :) ) The
application period for the 33rd Hokuei Suika-Nagaimo Marathon will open on
Monday, March 16, 2020. The marathon will take place on the 14th of June.
International applicants are encouraged to
inquire to the Tottori Prefectural International Exchange Foundation (TPIEF)
about the application.
At the end of the marathon, participants can
enjoy all-you-can-eat watermelon and nagaimo soup. In this video you can learn about the process of the watermelon
harvest.
* Detective Conan Events:
The
13th Anniversary of the Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory will be on March 18, 2020.
To celebrate a large variety of events will happen from March 14 to 29!
Conan's House Beika Shopping Street will celebrate its 3rd anniversary on Wednesday, March 18, 2020!
To
show their appreciation, they will be giving out an original Detective
Conan keychain to the first 3,000 customers on Saturday, March 14 who purchase
500 yen or more at the stores located on Beika Shopping Street.
There
will be 2020-2021 Gosho Aoyama Detective Conan Special Original Drawings
Exhibition! Many original drawings of Detective Conan will be released!
A special exhibition showcasing this Detective
Conan suitcase used by anime producer Mr. Michihiko Suwa will be on display
from March 3 (Tue) to March 29 (Sun) at Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory in
"Conan The Collection" (1F).
